I am having problems setting a direct debit for my phone contract, every time I follow the direct debit link I left with "You'll need to pay off any outstanding balance on your account before you can set up or change your Direct Debit. ". I am up to date on my payments so not sure how to fix this? Please help!!

Hi @Cheggs94 I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up a direct debit, I can imagine it must be very frustrating for you.
If you have access to your My EE app, you can check you account to see if there are any outstanding balance there. If you don't have the My EE app, you can access your online account here
Could you check your account to see if there are any outstanding amounts please?

If you go to Manage > Billing, you should be able to see any overdue payments @Cheggs94.
