EE Decided To Add 30 Pounds Onto My Next Bill?

I have looked a the dates when they sent me message saying between nov and dec and my bill was correct because pay 60 pounds and it went down to 47 because paid extea on other month. Also before uprgaded gave them 30 days notice and they made a mistake and took that money off my bill. I really find it insulting to add 30 pound charge when my bill is correct and when contacted them they said they cant see the charges but yet i can?

@XxDarkMariox99X , have you checked the breakdown of your bill, checked what the extra charges are?

I would suggest you speak to customer services billing department and they can take a look for you and also what the extra charges are for. This is certainly what I would have done, rather than coming here, as there can be some simple explanation.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

They keep passing me onto another person and that person passes me onto that person. Last time spoken to them ended chat and marked it as sholve when it was not.
