EE Cancellation - Broadband

Hi, I received email from EE stating my account will be cancelled on 9/2/24. Contacted EE via phone & this was due to non-bill payment. I was advised to make payment before Friday to avoid cancellation, in which I did. I have proof of this. However, my services have still been restricted & my account is on the verge of being fully cancelled/closed. Account is now up to date with no outstanding bills. Is there anything that can be done here?

I am sorry to hear this and would advise you to get in touch with our broadband guides to get the account and payment you made looked into and help you get the restriction removed.
