EE Account Closed But Didn’t Notice

I’m confused. 
My main issue I had was that I wasn’t getting verification codes on my iPhone anymore… so then I checked my phone for many things, including my iphone carrier. However, I looked up “150” to check and noticed the last message was about a cancellation request and then when I went to my EE app, it says Account Closed and it won’t let me see my final bill (it’s an error). I have no idea what to do now. I just want my verification codes to work again, to be able to have my EE account back, with the same phone number that I have. What do I say to customer service?? I’m not good at communicating my needs.

Was the account pay as you go or pay monthly?

How long ago was the message from us about the cancellation?

Hi, I’m pretty sure my EE was Pay As You Go.

I got it years ago for my iphone.

The message about the cancellation request was on 13th December 2024.

I’m a poor communicator so I’m quite anxious to talk to EE customer service over the phone and have no idea what to say.

I cannot deliver messages to 150 anymore. And I also don’t get verification codes to my phone . I think my EE account being closed has something to do with that. 

Also, I just tried calling EE’s Help number on the EE app and it says the call failed.

What do I do now?? Do I have to go out a buy a new EE sim.

Thanks for the quick reply. 

You would need to call us from any other phone on 0800 956 6000, and the team can check the account if you let them know this has been cancelled and can this be re-activated they will get this looked into and help you further.

How will they know it’s my account? Do I have to give them my email and number?

Also, is it possible to just create a new EE account and get them to connect to my iPhone again?

They will take the mobile number from you and locate the account. 

If you give the team a call they can access the account and let you know if this can be re-activated with the same number 🙂
