I have signed a contract of 2 years, 24m with £27 every month. I was informed by a text that there will be a raise on the price in March 2025.
So the contract is just for the client to oblige, and not the company?

Yes, you were informed of this contractual annual price rise when you signed up.

Thank you. I signed the contract in NOV 2024 for 2 years with £27 per month at the beginning. So is the £1.5 increase will last for at least 2025? And do you mind informing me/ capscreen as you just did, from the terms & conditions part for clients with the price increase terms? Because the colleague who engaged me with signing did not inform me that there will be a possible price increase. Thanks.

I only started the contract for 3 months and there is a price increase, normal people will be sensitive to it as your company is not particularly good and fast at networking comparing to your speed of increasing clients price, I hope you understand that 🙂

The £1.50 pm price increase from 31 March 2025 will last until on or after 31 March 2026 when an additional £1.50 pm price rise will be imposed. It was enumerated in those details on the page where they are offered.
