I'm going round in circles with this one and hope someone can help please. I have a cottage in France and because of new regulations in place by the banks I need to give details of my mobile phone subscription in one document. I have taken 4 screenshots but these do not show all the information needed on one screen.
I phoned EE today - well, they phoned me back - to be told to go to my Billing information and all that information is there in one document. IT IS NOT. Whilst it gives my name and address it does not give my mobile phone number anywhere. This is not sufficient for my French bank.
Surely I can't be the only one who is having a similar issue, surely there must be somewhere where all the information, ie Mobile phone number, name and address is shown in one place.
Thank you for reading my plight, particularly if you are EE and want a happy customer.

If you're on a pay monthly contract then download your bill as that holds all the information you need.

But .... it doesn't I'm afraid. Nowhere does it show my mobile phone number, just my name and address Thank you for taking the trouble to respond.

Have you viewed all pages of your bill?
You should see your mobile number under the heading 'How we worked out your bill'.

Thank you everyone. I obviously hadn't scrolled down far enough but when I did, VOILA! This should keep my French bank happy and save me a lot of frustration etc.
