My app isn’t showing all the accounts I have linked to my account and when I click on billing I get two dots flashing and a black screen no details. What’s going on?

I know you'll be eager to get this sorted so you can manage all of your numbers online.
Have you been able to see all of your services on the app prior to this happening?
Do you see the same error when logging in through your main online account?
Have you deleted and reinstalled the app to see if this does the trick?
