Do I keep my phone after ending contract?

My 24 month contract is ending with EE soon and I will be leaving to move to a different provider, keeping my number. Do I get to keep my phone, or do I have to return it to EE? I assume I keep it as I am not ending my contract early, but can't find any clarification on EE's website.
