Hi I have a life time discount of £32.00 on my account just been told that I no longer can have this and been told to update to a plan which is costing me a lot more pls can u help me as this is unfair as the meaning on lifetime discount is there no date?

I'm not familiar with a discount like that, but if you are unhappy with not being able to carry on a discount, I'd recommend speaking to our team and raise a complaint to look into this. You can see the ways to do that here Make a Complaint | Contact Us | EE.
