Hi,

So i recently upgraded my phone and contract, the plan I chose was for £57 a month, there was a 10% discount added which totalled it to £51 or near that. In the MyEE app however it shows my monthly bill will be £57. Is this just a glitch or has the discount not been added. Thanks

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@nicbix   The price of the tariff will show on your account as the full price you need to look under add ons and see if there’s a discount been applied to your account.

Thanks for your quick reply Leanne - I've just got a call back from ee that they'll hopefully resolve the issue by Wednesday - I haven't activated the new phone yet until the issues resolve then I hope
