i just changed the date of my payment day be incident and now I don’t know what date of direct debit i set up can you please check for me thanks you

Hi @Patricia891,
Welcome to the EE Community
If you log back in to the website and go to Bills and Payments, then select Manage Direct debit, you should be able to see the details of your direct debit date there. If the date change has not completed yet you may still be able to cancel it if you wanted.
