Need to change bank details for my direct debits

It’s not allowing me to change bank details for my phones & broadband

@Mmcd70  You can do this yourself via your online EE account, or you can call customer support to help with this 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What exactly is happening when you try to update this? 

If you've been having issues with the app, it's also worth giving the browser version of your account a try too.

You can find the option to manage your direct debits in the billing section.
