How do l update my direct debit my previous card details have expired because l replaced my bank card

Welcome to the community,

You should be able to do this by logging into your account and clicking on bills and payments. If you are unable to do so, you will have to ring customer service and they can do that for you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Your DD is not taken from your debit card but direct from your bank a/c. Having a new debit card does not affect your DD as your bank a/c has not changed. It still has the same sort code & a/c no.
