Why I have I been charged twice this month for my phone bill

When a payment fails the first time it retries again and takes up to 10 days. This will be why you have paid twice.

 

You can leave it there and the credit will go towards your next bill or you can call EE to ask for the refund back but that can take 3-5 working days to go back into your account

I made a manual payment as they payment didn’t go
Out the first time so
I paid it manually and you have took the money again and I’m now in minus in my bank i have other bills to pay
