Hello, since last year i missed my bill once but was paid off after the missed payment. My direct debit was cancelled and ive been paying online since with extra charges. I hate phone calls as am adhd. I have tried every month after paying my bill and middle of month to change my direct debit but keeps taking me to a help page. Its really putting me down as i know al need to end up phoning.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!
If you don't currently have a direct debit set up, I'd recommend logging in to your online account and setting it up through here.
Once logged in go to Bills & Payments > Manage Your Direct Debit > Change Direct Debit, and you should be good to go from there.
