I have 2 phone contracts under 1 account and want to pay for each with 2 separate accounts. How can I set it up so each direct debit comes out of a different account?

You can't while they are under the same EE a/c. All mobile charges are covered in 1 bill & payment. To have separate bills they would need to be under separate a/c's.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@graceflowers01  Two have two separate accounts you’ll need to use 2 different email addresses for each account.  You’ll need to call customer support to request this.  It’ll be like transferring ownership to someone else but you’ll be the someone else.     Much easier to transfer the payment from the other bank account to the bank account that pays this currently and keep your EE account as it is.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
