Debit.EE have not collected my Direct Debits due on the 13th March. Also I am unable to log into the website. Is anyone else experiencing problems? Ian.

Is the 13th your billing date or direct debit date. Your DD is normally within 10 days of billing.
Can you log into the app.

I would recommend giving us a call if your payment this month has not been taken.

Thank you Katie, I am not very good on the phone as I have hearing problems so I shall have to wait until family call. I still don't know why I am unable to access the website.

What happens when you try logging in to your EE account online @IanHearder?
