Contact EE customer service from Australia

I live in Australia but still have an EE contract which is due to expire this month and I want to contact EE to cancel it before it auto renews as the email they sent advised it would do, but I can only find a phone number for them, is there an email address or live chat where I can talk to someone without having to call? Trying to find answers on the website but going round in circles... very unhelpful.

@Emurray_xo Your contract doesn’t auto renew it'll change to a 30 day rolling contract at the minimum term.   There is no email address as emails are too slow to deal with customers issues.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Emurray_xo

If you intend to call then download Skype and use the number in my signature over WiFi.

You are best off calling and giving notice (UK office hours).

Thanks

I would be very interested to see any email which states this.

As already mentioned, EE's contracts are rolling ones with a 30day notice period at all times. There is a minimum contractual period, during which early cancellation charges apply to disconnection.

All that is happening in your case is the minimum term is coming up. If you do nothing, 30days notice without penalties will apply until & unless you explicitly make any change.
