Debit.EE have not collected my Direct Debits due on the 13th March. Also I am unable to log into the website. Is anyone else experiencing problems? Ian.

Hi @IanHearder
Is the 13th your billing date or direct debit date. Your DD is normally within 10 days of billing.
Can you log into the app.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thank you Katie, I am not very good on the phone as I have hearing problems so I shall have to wait until family call. I still don't know why I am unable to access the website.
