Device change after 14 day period

Has anyone ever changed their contract device after the 14 day cooling off period?

The contract itself is fine I just can't get used to my new phone and would like to change back to Apple. Has anyone ever done something similar and was it simple and cheap enough?

@Lee_willingale   You can not change the device unless you purchase your own device.  That’s why you have a cooling of period with a phone or online sale because the device isn’t in front of you at the point of sale. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
