I don't know why am having to fight every month with everyone trying to add money on to all my bills and I don't understand again why my bill is 150% more than it should be again, it might not seem a not to you and your staff but to people like me it is especially when you've got a lot more debts than this which you have to worry about when all you've been doing is your best but know so I'll just been sat up all night worrying how I've got this bill off you and try and think of another way to pay it as I never know with your company if it's right or not but got to think of something incase it, or then again I can think of something which is less stressful  and easier, just fed up with it all, WHAT IS THE POINT REALLY IN IT ALL !

@STAN69   If your getting late payments charges every month is sounds like your a month behind on your payments.  You pay in advance not in arrears.      Have you looked at your bill breakdown to see if you also have any out of allowance charges?

Thanks for coming here and flagging this with us.

I would love to help with this.

Please follow the advice provided and download your bill. This will provide you with a full breakdown of any additional charges on your account.

Once you have viewed this if you could please let us know what the charges are showing as so we can help further.
