Direct debit stopped oct 3rd, as parents now in care.no phone or broadband been in use prior to then for sometime also. EE trying to claim for 2months outstanding payments

@Cyril1966 : Stopping a DD doesn't cancel your contracts. Therefore you are still committed to paying EE for them.
