I was told there was a problem with the system although I had completed the plan and device I wanted and completed all of the contact forms and checks and received the confirmation email. But there was no order for the confirmed new order on my account. When I called I thought customer service they said there was problem with the system and they would have to manually complete a new upgrade but my good as new iPhone Pro Max 512gb wasn’t available which it was when checked on the site and I’d then have to have a new phone exactly the same but more expensive. Without a discount for upgrading.
Then I asked is the customer service or sales when I was told sales he apologised for the mistake as he kept trying to up sell me to additional add ons when I told him I didn’t need them again and again then finally he pushed my through another full contact prompting me as I had family arriving I refused the extra charges then after getting the second contract in two days said it would be another £10.00 for delivery. I have had I-hones for myself and business from EE and Apple and never been charged on top of the the contracti was forced into under duress as I already had a better one for less for the same iPhone and mobile service he told me wasn’t available could take weeks to be available so I had to make another contract. This sounds doubtful and I’m not sure I was told the whole truth. And my original contract just the night before was including delivery by dhl courier I just had to have ID as usual. Now I don’t know what to think and I’m not happy feeling I’ve been forced into this by sales when I had just dialed the help Noin the app for further information as I have to be in Oxfordshire for work on Monday I just wanted to confirm a n acceptable delivery date when I was available. What should I do, I not happy being forced in to this by a salesman
I’m sure he was aware of the issue and apologised many times for the mistake I really didn’t care if it took weeks for the upgrade I’m I no hurry at all.

@MacProUser Online sales the delivery is not charged phone sales have a delivery charge. And it’s DPD not DHL. You don’t need ID you need a PIN that is sent to you or got via the DPD app if you create an account ( I recommend this ) as you can track the courier when your device is on it way and you have the PIN that occasionally you do not receive.
IPhone pro max 256Gb but what colour as there’s 4 ? There are different waiting times for each colour way from 3 to 21 days.
