Credit refund

I was told last week I was 879 pound in credit and it was agreed by managers I would be refunded back in the bank o rang today to see where it was and it says pending on the account and he said it hadn’t been refunded and have to wait till it appears back on now I think it’s ridiculous your quick enough to take money from us but when we are credited u fob me off 3 times I rang and been told different thinks I’ve tried to find the online chat but no where to be seen

@Profile closed : You won't see the refund in your a/c until the next bill to which it will be credited against.
