Credit Reducing for No Reason

Hi,

My credit was 6.13 last month and I added 15 pounds for my next month which has been credited but my extra amount has no gone down to 4.93.  I have unlimited texts etc and cannot see where this money has gone.  Please can someone explain what I would have been charged for?  Thank you

Are you talking about PAYG credit that you top-up? If so, that's not a contract.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
