@TWren24 , you have to pay to have bills sent out to you by post. They do not refuse to speak to customers, but that will depend on how you speak to them.

Late payments, they do not send debt collectors out, they would only do that, probably if you refused to pay for several months and you would have had the service cut off, so not sure why you are writing this, with that sort of attitude how do you expect someone to help you?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I spoke to them very politely, asking them to email my bill as their system has not worked for over 6 months. This has happened every month until now, January 2025.

I always pay me bills but have had letters because it took them too long to send me my bill, not my problem.

I'm not asking for any gold plated service, just standard service that ALL other providers give.

If you work for EE, why don't you instigate these measures?

EE staff who post on these boards are clearly identified by the tag "Community Support Team" - everyone else are just customers like yourself.

That's what I thought but he came across as ALL KNOWING.
