Missed bill

Hi my bill was due around Christmas time unfortunately I didn't have the money at the time of my bill i completely forgot. They tried taking it out again 7 days later and I've still not got the funds as of yet.

My question is do you think they will cut me off since they've tried to take it now twice or will it be my next bill date that it gets cut off?

It's my first missed bill so don't know if that works in my favour or not.

It's around £100 aswell

i don't know if that matters or not.

Hi @Razza562

Welcome to the community.

If the direct debit has failed twice, the payment will be overdue and the direct debit cancelled.

The best thing I can suggest would be to give our payment support team a call so they can bring up your account and discuss the payment options with you. They can see if they can extend the payment if you need a little longer to pay.
