Hi,

If I would put a £500 deposit on a brand new phone, could I pay the rest off in 24 months?

@TigerGH  You’ll have to take out a contract as EE don’t sell phones on their own.  Or you have to purchase one on PAYG.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Of course, I’m happy to be on a contract. My question is if I could make a deposit to shorten the amount of direct debit I pay per month?

You can only choose from the upfront payments on offer. However you could make a large 1-off payment to your a/c at any time & it'll be used as credit towards your future bills, but not spread evenly across all your bills.
