Are you asking for copies of old bills you no longer have access to via your EE a/c. If so, you need to call CS & request duplicate bills to be sent @ £2.55 each.

We are now in 2025 and we are having the same problem as last year, whereby we are not receiving invoices for the direct payments. We are unable to download this information I have tried calling directly.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this.
Could you let us know what happens when you try to download your invoices, are you seeing any error messages or does the page not load?
Also when you called, were you able to speak with our team? If so, what have they advised?
