My contract has ended but looking to leave EE when i cancell my accout will i have to pay for a full month

@KerryJane71  If you’re changing provider you don’t cancel your contract with EE as this will be carried out by the new provider.

As long as you've passed your min. term date you will only be charged up to the day your contract is cancelled & you will probably get a refund in your final bill as your previous bill was paid a month in advance. Don't cancel your DD if you have 1 to receive any rebate..

That's right, @Storm500 , the EE contract will be auto cancelled when you change provider providing you do so by the recognised protocols.
