Hi, can I change my contract ?

Welcome to the community,

If you are within your minimum term, you can only upgrade to a more expensive plan, but if you are out of contract and want to change to a lower tariff you can do so.

If you are within your minimum term and want to change to a lower tariff, you will have to pay the rest of your contract and then start a new one by upgrading to a newer lower plan.

You will need to discuss this with customer service if it is the latter, but otherwise you can take a look at upgrades and see what there is or speak to customer service to see what they can offer.
