Hello, I am on a sim only contract and wanted to check when this would end as you have priced me out of an upgrade after being with EE for a long time but when I check my account it doesn’t say when this contract ends just states the old phone contract I had which expired last year. @potter3   If it states your old contract and not your sim only then you didn’t upgrade.  You account automatically updates when you change tariffs/plans.    You need to speak with customer services and you need to call them on 150 from your EE phone. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
