My 24-month contract will be ended in 16 Feb 2024, but now I am stay at China and can’t contact with 150 because I didn’t Open the international roaming before I left UK. I won’t come back and I need to cancel the contract . what should I do? I can’t receive the message and cannot make a call by my ee phone number.

You sure about that? My impression from users on here is that once a/c is closed you can't get into your MyEE. For that reason final bill is sent by post.

So does it means when I cannot login to my EE account, my account has been closed and the contract is cancelled?

Once your contract has been cancelled your EE account online will also be closed @Christine102.

Probably, but to be sure, are you in touch with peeps at your UK registered addy or getting letters forwarded from there? You will know when your final bill is sent there.
