Hi! I have sent the letter. Will I get any response? Like getting an email notifying me that the contract has been cancelled? If so, about how long will it take to receive a reply

This is an unorthodox way to cancel. I believe the notice period will start when we receive the letter. Is there no way that you could call us from another phone, so that it can be processed straight away? I know of other users abroad calling through a VOiP service, such as Skype.

unfortunately, I can’t use Skype to make a call. So I chose to send a letter. This way can also cancelling the contract, right? I've just checked that my letter has been signed for by EE

Hi, I have send the letter to your customer service and notice that my contract will be ended in February and I want to cancel my contract. If my contract cancelled successfully, will I get a reminder or notification? If it has, what kind of the reminder is? Email or massage?

Hello @Christine102.
If you cancel your account you will receive a final bill which will confirm your account has been closed.
