@Charlie20191 If you do the earlier upgrade you’ll have to have a more costly tariff than you have now. The upgrade fee you see on your my EE account is the fee for the early upgrade. If you pay off your current contract you can have a lower monthly cost than you do now. Obviously this will probably cost you more to pay off your current contract. If the tariff you are looking at is more costly then you might as well have the early upgrade.
