I’m hoping someone’s able to help me here I was offered a iPhone 12 Pro Max for £40 a month going back Christmas time I spoke to a agent and made him aware I was going to be going out of my cooling off period he made it clear he’d call and arrange that deal before my cooling off period ended he didn’t ! The agent was Lee Taylor I’ve sent him a number of emails and tried ringing I’ve had no luck! I’ve logged in tofay to see I’m able to get an upgrade on my current plan! However it’s saying I’m not the account holder I’ve gone over this with that agent I transferred it all to me give him my details ! Even explains that my step dad had died of terminal cancer and he was no longer able to deal with my account ! He said that was okay, but I can’t make changes or upgrade now becaue I ain’t the account holder , any help

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Is it your name on the bills? If so, you should be able to change the account holder status under the manage numbers section of your My EE account. That would allow you to upgrade and check your bills etc.
I've sent you a private message to see if I can get you some help with getting the deal you spoke about.
