I have been due an upgrade for almost a year and i am now only just getting round to doing it due to damage to my phone, but when i got to upgrade very single phone on the website shows the same message "Sorry Mitchell, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now." How can this be the case for EVERY SINGLE phone?
