Contract phone.

Hello there I have ordered a contract phone and it's not letting me no about my delivery details I have been sent a contract confirmation email and now it's asking for a reference number to access details of the delivery the email doesn't have a reference number

@ShanLoveRee17  you receive a notification once a device has been allocated to and it’s ready to be dispatched. This will be a tracking number.  You can use the DPD app to track the delivery once it’s out of delivery.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
