Contract ended

Hi there, my contract is ended but was told that didn't have to do anything that the pay as u go would just automatically carry on. But my network has been cut off. Is it possible to phone someone and speak to them.

@Sisterbadger : Did you call EE to give notice to cancel your contract & move it to PAYG?
