Why was i told i could add to plan a few days ago by customer services but i go on the ee shop and it wont let me i havent missed a payment been with ee for years

@Mrandmrsweeks20 Are you within the first 17 months of your contract? That can be a full contract or a 24 month sim only contract.

Ive been with them years i upgraded my phone in december my wife join ee in january and she already got something on add to plan

@Mrandmrsweeks20 It doesn’t matter about how long you’ve been an EE customer for it’s about your current contract. You can not purchase from the add to plan store until you’ve been a customer for 30 days.

Add to Plan is available to EE pay monthly customers if you have had an account with a device plan for 1 month or with SIM Only for 6 months. The number and value of Add to Plan products you are eligible for is subject to credit check. You are fully responsible for repaying to EE the full cost of the accessory. If you chose to leave EE early you will be responsible for payment the remaining balance for your Add To Plan product, in addition to any early termination charges for your standard contract.
