Where would I find that as this app is a maze to try and find something

Look in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Plan Details.

@elaineorr : There no such thing as renewal. You keep using until you don't want it & cancel.

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

If you have a mobile contract, you can find your start or end date in the EE app if you select Manage. This will show the contract dates and when you are eligible to upgrade.
