I have a new number I am paying the bill as my old number was in my uncles name but the Ee app won’t let me change it to me. How can I do this so the app is fully in my name?

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers

My uncle has had the phone and sim back and I’ve got a new phone and number in my name and I just want to change it all in the app

@Bryonymay Your account is for the other number. You need to create a new account. Your email address is registered to the other account so you need to use a new email address. Or change the email address on the old account to a different one so you can use your email address.
