Hi, I need to change my contact, I’m currently not based in UK and I’m not planing to go back. I can’t do anything on your app, can you help please to contact EE customer service?

Hi @Mila10 

If you can access the EE App, you can use the "message us" option in the Help section. 

Alternatively, you can contact Customer Service from abroad using the number found on our Contact Us From Abroad | EE page, where a guide will be able to discuss your plan change options.
