Considering upgrading my out-of-contract EE sim-only for three numbers

Hi

I need some help and advice with the following and any help would be very much appreciated.

I'm out of contract with a sim-only deal with EE, which has three numbers, all family.

I'm out of contract with Sky Broadband.

Should I move to a new EE sim-only deal for my three mobile numbers and move from Sky broadband to EE broadband or BT broadband?

What's the best deal that I could get?

Many thanks for your help.

@Patch007 : Note that you don't have 1 mobile contract. You have 3 contracts, 1 for each SIM-Only no. even if they are all under the same EE family a/c.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away. You may always choose to upgrade each contract to a cheaper SIM-Only contract from the last 30 days of your contract term.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I'm paying EE £48 for a combined 31 gb of data  between the three SIM ONLY phone numbers.

Could I get a better deal?

If 'Yes' what's the best deal that I could get?

Many thanks for any advice and guidance.

I've been with EE since 2013 and I haven't renewed a contract in years.

For £48 you could get 3 x 50 GB SIM-Only contracts totalling 150 GB data:Capture.JPG

from PAY MONTHLY SIM ONLY DEALS

Have a look at your Upgrade options to see what it offers you.

We're hardly using the 31 GB of data.

150 GB of data isn't needed.

Is there a cheaper plan?

Then why mention it as if it was a key selling point?

Why not switch to Pay as you go SIMs?

Thank for all your replies.

I feel that I'm in the wrong place to help me.

All the best.

@Patch007 , why not speak to customer service and see what they can offer you, this is a public forum, so not necessarily the best place to give you answers. Just press option 2 when ringing them, will get you through to someone.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.

@Patch007  If you switch to EE broadband and remain a mobile contract customer of EE you’ll get unlimited data on the mobile contracts.  So you could get the lowest data sim only’s and you’ll get unlimited data. You’ll also get cheaper sim only deals for having EE broadband. You’ll be an EE one customer.  Get the broadband first then upgrade the sim only contracts.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
