I have been in a dispute with EE for nearly a month now about returning a device through an upgrade after being told after via text chat I can keep it, I have no been cut off from my connection, it’s currently 18:15 and I have no way of contacting them, this is disgusting and this company is a joke. If anyone has a number for someone I can contact it would be appreciated.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Chris_B , it’s says they’re closed when I call even though their times are until 9pm online. 

I can’t call, text or use data it’s disgusting. My mother is in hospital and on my phone plan so she is without calls and internet. Apparently they closed at 6pm.

Hello, 

Now you will be open again so I will call later, giving a customer 3 hours to sort out a situation this during the working week is crazy. 

Being left without calls/texts/data with no way to remedy the situation is not okay.

It's a natural consequence when an individual phone is suspended, that use of it is not available. The way of resolving that is to have another means to make contact.
