Close my account as I am now in Australia. Paid up to date.

I have tried to phone EE SEVERAL  times from Australia haven’t used my account for over 2 months, paid up to dare urgently need to close my account but can’t get in touch with them..

Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.

Your 30-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you for your message. I managed to get an email to them today asking them to close my account, it is SIM card only. Hopefully I will get a response. If not I will write to them as your advice.

@Shillfilly  There isn’t an email address you can use so I very much doubt you’ll get any response from that.
