Check Status of accessories added to my account

Hi, I have a ps5 bundle I pay for monthly over a 11 month plan and can’t figure out how to check the status of it?  Any help much appreciated

When you log in to your My EE under plans and add-ons do you see the PS5 bundle?

Welcome to the EE Community

Are you able to see your add to plan by logging into the app, selecting Manage> Mobile add-ons> Your active add-ons.

Or logging into the website and going to Plans and Subscriptions> Get add-ons> Currently active add-ons.

What is it you are looking to check about your accessory?

If you are paying for an accessory via your EE mobile bill, have you tried the instructions in the previous post to view it in your list of currently active add-ons?
