I am now eligible for an upgrade, however due to the nature of life I am looking to cut costs, however the phone I would like S22, cheapest offer I am being given is £75 a month! however if I was a new customer I would get the same plan for less, is there any way around this?  Ive been a customer with ee for well over 10 years

Hi @Emmablyth89

Buy it on finance (or yearly upgrade) from Samsung direct, then downgrade your EE account to a sim only contract.

I would also wait until the 1/4/22 as the price rise is due.

Or you could call EE on 150 and see what they can offer you.

Thanks,

Hi @Emmablyth89,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Our full range of plans are available to new and upgrading customers.

Are you in the last 45 days of your contract? If not, you may have to pay an early upgrade fee or select a plan of a higher cost than your current plan.
