@Shaylou : Did you take this contract out in an EE store? I think you'll find it's not entirely free but you signed up for an airtime contract for it.

@XRaySpeX  there is a deal to get a free tablet when you purchase a device on contract. It’s a free tablet from the manufacturer.  No contact is required and you make a claim for it.    Like THIS
