New to the flex pay system

Hi, I started my new mobile phone contract on the 17th April & this is the first time I am on flex pay for my device. My previous contract that I took out in November 2021 is of the previous system when it all came out on one DD.   My first flex payment (device) came out of my bank today but it's not reflecting on my flex account payment section. Just want to find out first if this is normal for those on flex pay via DD. When I text Bill to 150 it just says 'your payment is due today'. It would save me having to call 150 if any of you could answer this? Thanks.
